These terms apply to every order on buyerfriends.com. BuyerFriends is operated by ASOSH LLC. Checkout is on this website in US dollars. You must be 18 or older and located in the United States to buy.
Products and prices
The name, price, and description on the product page are what you pay at checkout, before any tax your state requires. Jewelry listed as gold-tone, silver-tone, or zircon is fashion jewelry unless the product page explicitly says otherwise.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order (for example suspected fraud or stock issues). Guest checkout is available. Creating an account is optional.
Shipping
Free standard shipping on every US order. No minimum. We process orders in 1–3 business days. After shipment, most US deliveries arrive in 7–15 business days. Orders fulfilled from Pinellas Park, Florida often transit in 2–7 business days; orders fulfilled by a partner may transit in 10–20 business days. Full details: Shipping Policy.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. The customer pays return shipping unless we sent the wrong or damaged item. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes are resolved in courts in Pinellas County, Florida.
