You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.
Restocking fee: $0 (no restocking fee).
Return mailing address: sent to you by email with your return instructions (please do not mail returns to our registered business address)
After we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original outbound shipping is not refunded unless the return is our error.
