Orders ship from our suppliers' warehouses (most items ship internationally) with tracking. Details are on our Shipping Policy.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging are eligible. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we sent the wrong or damaged item (defective items count as damaged). See the Returns & Refunds Policy.
Product information
Each product page lists the name, price, and description used at checkout. Jewelry described as gold-tone, silver-tone, or zircon is fashion jewelry unless the page says otherwise. Materials are those stated on the product page — not gold metal or certified gemstones unless explicitly listed.
